At Pull The Plug Patches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your battle vest upgrades and apparel. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unsewn merchandise.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all patches, pins, or garments are in their original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred tracked carrier to our processing warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5 business days.
